Can I combine the van with a package or an accommodation?

Accepted Answer

The package configurator is designed to build your stay proposal — accommodation, experiences and generic transport such as public transport, car rental or taxi/NCC — while van excursions are booked separately on the Riviera in VAN platform. Example: you can create a '3 nights in Terracina + car rental' proposal in the configurator, and add a guided van excursion from Terracina to Sperlonga and Gaeta separately on the Riviera in VAN site. There you will find single seats, minigroups and guided tours with real-time availability, rates and confirmation.

The whole Riviera d'Ulisse — Gaeta, Formia, Sperlonga, Terracina, Minturno, Itri, Fondi — with excursions to the villages, the Park, the wineries and the ports for the Pontine Islands.

Can I book just one seat?

Yes: a single seat is sold individually on the shared van. Travelling in two or three? Simply book more seats on the same departure.

How many seats are needed for a self-organised minigroup?

A minigroup is activated by booking several seats on the same van, roughly from 4 up to the maximum capacity of 8. The exact minimum is shown on the excursion page at booking time.

Who manages the minigroup booking?

Accepted Answer

One group contact makes the booking, lists the participants and agrees itinerary, time and meeting point with the operator. Service communications go to that contact.

How is availability confirmed?

Seat availability is shown in real time on the platform. The booking becomes final only with the confirmation email sent by the operator: until then the request is pending.
